By accessing or purchasing from Martin’s Snack Attack, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this website.
Martin’s Snack Attack is operated in Alberta, Canada.
2. Product Information
Our products include natural pet treats, dehydrated items, bone broth, toppers, and related pet food products.
All products:
• Contain no added sugar, salt, preservatives
• Are intended for supplemental feeding unless otherwise stated
Our products are not evaluated by Health Canada or the Canadian Food Inspection Agency for medical claims.
Nothing on this website constitutes veterinary advice.
Always consult your veterinarian before introducing new foods.
3. Pet Owner Responsibility
You are responsible for:
• Reviewing ingredient lists before purchase
• Monitoring your pet for allergies or sensitivities
• Proper storage of products
• Using products within stated freshness dates
Martin’s Snack Attack is not liable for misuse, improper storage, or allergic reactions.
4. Freshness and Handling
Many products are made to order within 48 hours.
Vacuum sealed products must remain sealed until use.
Once opened, products should be used within the stated time frame on the package.
Improper storage voids any freshness guarantee.
5. Orders and Payment
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars.
We reserve the right to:
• Modify pricing
• Refuse service
• Cancel suspicious or fraudulent orders
Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.
6. Shipping and Local Delivery
Local delivery is available within Medicine Hat when selected.
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for courier delays.
7. Intellectual Property
All branding, logos, product names, images, and content are property of Martin’s Snack Attack.
Unauthorized use is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Martin’s Snack Attack shall not be liable for:
