Due to the nature of pet food products, we do not accept returns of opened items.
This protects all pets and customers.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives:
• Damaged
• Incorrect
• Missing items
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Order number
• Clear photos
We will replace or refund at our discretion.
Allergy or Sensitivity
We are not responsible for pet allergies or sensitivities.
Ingredient lists are clearly displayed.
Local Delivery Refunds
If local delivery fails due to incorrect address provided by customer, re delivery fees may apply.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for courier delays once shipped.
If a package is lost, we will assist in filing a claim.
